Their whole function in life is to tend the Queen and the Kwama Eggs. You will most commonly encounter them inside of egg mines, but it's not unusual to find one just outside the entrance to the mine. They are not terribly aggressive, but will defend themselves if attacked. There are Blighted and Diseased variants.
