Imperial
Imperials should feel right at home in the Cyrodiil province, from which they come. They are unspectacular at anything other than Personality-based skills and not particularly suited to Stealth due to their below average Agility and Speed. The "Star of the West" spell ability is pretty close to useless, but the "Voice of the Emperor" can be a handy way around certain NPCs who require good dispositions before they'll cough up necessary info. On the whole, I'd recommend Imperials for combat/magic generalists and leave the stealth to others.
