Recently voted "most annoying" for 2002, the Cliff Racer is a royal pain in the rear. Once you're past 6th or 7th level and have a few hit points under your belt, they aren't much of a threat, but they sure are annoying because they're everywhere and they attack you just for the sake of attacking you. Ranged continuous damage spells (like Toxic Cloud) can take them down before they get to you.
